RevelFT, Inc. ("RevelFT," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through revelft.io, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website.

1. What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. On this website, that is the information you enter into our waitlist form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The audience you identify with (for example, individual, financial institution, employer, advisor, non-profit, or investor)
- Any optional details you choose to add, such as interest in becoming a beta user
We do not ask for or collect sensitive information on this website — no Social Security numbers, financial account details, or credit information. (Those are only collected within the Stance product, under its separate policy.)
Our waitlist form is provided by HubSpot, which processes your submission on our behalf and may set cookies when the form loads (see Section 4).
2. How we use it
We use the information you provide to:
- Add you to our waitlist and manage your place on it;
- Contact you about Stance, including news, pilot availability, and onboarding when spots open;
- Understand which audiences are interested, so we can plan and improve what we offer;
- Respond to you if you reach out to us.
We will not use your information for unrelated purposes without telling you.
3. When we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share your information only with:
- Service providers that help us operate this website and manage our waitlist — for example, HubSpot (our forms and contact-management provider) and our website host. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Legal and safety requirements — if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of RevelFT or others.
- Business transfers — if RevelFT is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction; we will notify you of any change in how it is handled.
4. Cookies & analytics
This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Form & functional — our waitlist form provider (HubSpot) may set cookies needed to load and submit the form and to recognize repeat visitors.
- Analytics — we may use website analytics tools to understand how visitors use revelft.io (for example, which pages are viewed) so we can improve it. These tools collect usage information such as pages visited and general location, typically in aggregate.
Most browsers let you control or block cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist information for as long as it takes to serve its purpose — to keep you informed about Stance and to manage onboarding — and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you ask us to remove it sooner. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 6).
6. Your choices & rights
You are in control of the information you share with us. You can:
- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message we send;
- Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us at info@revelft.io;
- Withdraw your consent to be contacted, after which we will stop reaching out.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Contact us and we will honor the rights that apply to you.
7. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this website and reputable providers for form handling and hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information appropriately.
8. Children
This website and our waitlist are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website and services evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
