These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at revelft.io (the "Site"), operated by RevelFT, Inc. ("RevelFT," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Using this site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related infrastructure;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malicious code;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users, or use the Site to send unsolicited communications;
- Misrepresent your identity or submit false information through our forms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.
2. The waitlist
The Site lets you join a waitlist to express interest in Stance, our financial-health product. Joining the waitlist:
- Does not guarantee access to Stance, a pilot, or any product or service;
- Does not create any ongoing obligation on either side beyond our handling of your information as described in our Privacy Policy;
- Means you agree we may contact you about Stance, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Pilot and early access are offered at our discretion and in limited cohorts.
3. No product or service offered here
The Site is informational. It does not provide the Stance product, and nothing on the Site is an offer to provide financial products, accounts, credit, or services. Descriptions of Stance and its features reflect our plans and may change. Any actual product or service will be governed by separate terms presented when it is offered to you.
4. No professional advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. RevelFT does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice through this Site. Nothing on the Site should be relied upon as such advice, and you are responsible for your own decisions. RevelFT is not a consumer reporting agency, and nothing on the Site is a consumer report or credit score under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
5. Our content & trademarks
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the RevelFT and Stance names and marks, and the design — are owned by RevelFT or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law (for example, brief quotation with attribution).
6. Third-party links & services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services — for example, our waitlist form provider and links to our social media. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy.
7. Site provided "as is"
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevelFT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevelFT and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
9. Changes to the site & these terms
We may modify or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
